My Anahata Healing Bohdisattva Prayer

For the benefit of all beings, may this body become a vessel of healing.
May my hands bring relief to those in pain.
May my heart remain open & steady in the face of suffering.
May every breath I take be an offering of presence,
& every session a sacred ceremony of return.

May I remember: the healer is not separate from the one being healed.
May I serve in humility, love, and truth—
until all beings are held, seen, and restored to wholeness.
